Day 1 - Welcome

Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at the airport, you'll be transferred to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax.

Day 2 - Sahara Desert
​
Marrakech - Zagora - Sahara Desert. Today, we embark on a breathtaking journey through the High Atlas, making our way to Zagora. Our route takes us through the picturesque Draa Valley, characterized by lush palmaris and stunning panoramas.
As we continue our adventure, we approach the vast desert, and transition to camel transport for a trek into the Sahara Desert. A night awaits us at an authentic Berber Camp, where we will enjoy local cuisine, traditional music, and experience a magical evening beneath the Saharan stars.

Day 3 - Back to Marrakech
​
This morning we depart, across the plain of Haouz and into the rugged High Atlas Mountains where you can admire the views enroute to the famous UNESCO World Heritage Listed Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, which is situated in Souss-Massa-Draa on a hill along the Ouarzazate River. Films such as Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth and more recently, Gladiator were all filmed at Ait Benhaddou, which was once a significant stop for traders carrying gold, salt and slaves along the famous Southern Caravan Route moving through the Sahara. After exploring this incredibly well preserved site, we journey back to Marrakech.

Day 4 - Essaouira
Marrakech - Essaouira. After breakfast in Marrakech, we embark on a scenic drive to Essaouira, a vibrant fishing town surrounded by 15th century Portuguese fortifications, offering beautiful beaches and surf. Once in Essaouira, you have the day at your leisure – whether you choose to unwind on the beach or explore the UNESCO-listed medina. Navigating the medina is a breeze as any city gate leads to its heart. The beach, conveniently located in front of the Medina, is lined with cafés featuring inviting terraces, perfect for relaxation. Blue doors and window frames adorn the landscape, along with numerous artist shops offering carpets and Thuya wood carvings. For those seeking more adventure, optional activities like quad biking, surfing, horse trekking, and wind surfing are available (booked & paid locally).

Day 5 - Goodbye Morocco
​
Essaouira - Marrakech. This morning, enjoy breakfast with a picturesque view of the Atlantic before we make our way back to Marrakech. The tour concludes upon our arrival in Marrakech.
